Biography
James Miller is a licensed professional engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He has 35+ years experience as a nuclear engineer, primarily in the development, testing, and licensing of analysis methods for Dominion Virginia Power's fleet of commercial nuclear reactors. He teaches numerous courses for the Department of Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering at VCU, mostly related to nuclear engineering, and manages the development of the VCU nuclear reactor simulator.
