“Jan McInnis was the keynote speaker at our recent conference in Anaheim. She did a fantastic job! Her jokes were great and her sense of humor resonated with the audience. Not only did we laugh heartily, but we gained insight into how to use humor to improve communication, particularly in the workplace. As the organization president and conference host, I was also pleased that Jan was punctual, professional and organized. I heartily recommend Jan and would enjoy having her present to our organization again in the future.”
