Janet Boulter
Business Advisor
As an international profitability consultant, Janet has been working with companies in a wide array of industries for more than 25 years. Janet specializes in working with businesses and organizations focused on improving their business practices including increasing and sustaining profits, reducing employee turnover, increasing client retention, and improving quality and productivity through strategic alignment. Janet works with the senior management team to set corporate direction including mission and vision statements, core values, company strategy, objectives and goals. Janet founded Center Consulting Group’s profitability program to align the corporate strategy, build the value, measure the results, and improve the profitability. Her passion (and mission) is working with companies “to create and sustain long-term profitability.”
As a popular speaker, Janet frequently conducts seminars, webinars, and workshops on a variety of “profit” topics. As an award winning author, she is frequently quoted on business strategy initiatives, profitability, and sustainability issues.
Janet is active in several national/international professional associations and currently sits on the board of two organizations. She holds a BS from the University of Wyoming.
