Joined Eftia in 2001 and created a new division to customize the software product they had built and strcutured, incented and grew a world class software team ( from around the world) in 6 months. From only a base team of 10. More importantly customer SAT went from very low to satisfied or above for each client moved over to my team, which was eventually every customer.
