Testimonials (5)

Dr Emanuel Gomes, Course Director | Sheffield University Business School

Jay provided a guest lecture to 150 of my MSc students here at Sheffield University, as part of our ongoing drive to ensure they are not only employable but that they understand the mysteries of workplace dynamics - so as to aid their transition into effective and relevant employement. Jay gave us real-life insight, coupled with highly relevant academic glimpses into human factors like emotions, thinking and behaviour - in an entertaining way. He went down a storm, prompting us to seek future specialist input from Jay.

Jenny Marsh, Career Councellor/Mentor | Sprint Careers Ltd

It is clear from the outset that Jay has a real understanding of people and what drives them in their day to day activities. He is able to quickly get to the core of most problems by hearing what is NOT being said and by using his intuition and experience to really get to the heart of the matter. I would recommend his services to anyone who is going through a period of change or conflict within themselves or with their team

Paul Harris, Founder and Director | The Real Academy

I asked Jay to speak at an event called The Real Academy where a mix of business owners and private individuals meet to discuss challenges and success in business and life. Jay has experienced both of these and shared openly, authentically and skilfully, his experience and learning from his journey so far. He was inspirational and educational - sharing wisdom we could learn from and inspiring us to find our passion and to go for it! A great evening and a great speaker!

Abiodun Akintayo , Special Adviser on Economic Matters and Policy at Office of Senator Nurudeen Abatemi-Usman, | National Assembly, Abuja, Nigeria

I engaged Jay as an adviser/consultant to assist on a Project that entails the transformation and re-integration of aggrieved youths, the road-map and framework was designed by Jay and he also facilitated the implementation. His skills in Emotional Intelligence and mentoring helped a lot in re-balancing the psyche and mindset, and also in transitioning the paradigm shift component proposed for the Project.

Paul Brindley, Insolvency practitioner and business turnaround facilitator | Midlands Business Recovery

I asked Jay to give a group of accountants, lawyers and other professionals who support business a talk on change and engagement, held September 2012. Jay's presentation was very thought provoking, interactive and entertaining - many of the attendees had light bulb moments which will live with them for a good while.
