Jay Gauthier has over 25 years of experience as speaker, trainer, and coach. He has spoken to audiences of all ages and has a down to earth approach that is easy to understand and enables him to connect well with his listeners. Jay is proud to be a member of the John Maxwell Team of coaches and trainers and specializes in the area of leadership and personal development. Although a great speaker for adults, Jay also has had a major emphases on speaking to teenagers and has served many years as a Pastor and Youth Minister, as well as being a very successful high school basketball coach for over a decade.
