Dr. McClellan was invited to speak as part of our college’s Leadership Development Program. He did an amazing job presenting on the topic of “Momentary Leadership”. The faculty, staff, students, and the members of the community found his presentation to be interactive, informative, and one of their most memorable learning experiences.
Dr. McClellan has my strongest recommendation as one of the best choices for conducting leadership development seminars/workshops for business, public and nonprofit organizations anywhere around the globe.

I have had the privilege of attending many of Jeff’s workshops throughout the years. If I see Jeff is presenting, I am there. I have learned so much about different leadership theories and practices from his sessions, that I have immediately implemented into my leadership style. The best session of Jeff’s that I attended was his “Power of Strategic Leadership - Aligning Leadership Principles with Planning Practices to Achieve Success.” I walked away with a better understanding of the type of leader I want to be, the strategic planning process, as well as the type of individuals I want on my team. I learned more from him in that session than I learned from eight years on the job. Jeff is a great presenter, person, leader, and mentor.
