Jennifer Latham

An international leadership coach and trainer, Jennifer Latham helps retail leaders take charge of their careers, make more money and prevent burn-out.

With an incredible track record of sales and team building in the retail industry, Jen coaches leaders at all levels of management. With a passion for helping women create the career and life of their dreams, Jen believes that retail is all about leadership, both personally and professionally. Strategy affects everything from the big picture to HR to marketing and customer service as well as taking charge of your own life amidst the increasing pressures that retail leaders are faced with every day.

Her experience in retail management, marketing strategy and leadership training, as well as her expertise on personal brand development has allowed her to be featured on podcasts, leadership summits and radio shows across North America. She is also sought out as a guest speaker at events across the country. She is a certified executive coach and holds a degree in marketing communications and a diploma in retail management.

Jen's leadership experience also includes creating a space for women in business to connect, learn from and support each other. Her company, Timmins Mompreneurs, is dedicated to empowering, supporting, educating and inspiring women in business throughout northern Ontario. She is a strong supporter of the Timmins and Area Women in Crisis and a portion of revenues generated from Timmins Mompreneurs goes to support the women who need it most.

Having grown up in Timmins, Ontario, Jen is a northern girl at heart but loves to travel, explore new places and discover other cultures. She is the mother of 3 kids and is an unapologetic fan of 80's rock music!
