Biography
I am an anthropological archaeologist, co-owner of Kleanza Consulting Ltd. We are a small firm, with five offices and twenty staff located throughout British Columbia.
My specializations lie in community engagement, public education, and capacity building within First Nations' heritage programs. Specifically, I am a heritage management educator at the private, industrial, government, and community levels. I also aid First Nations' develop permitting and policy surrounding heritage and archaeology.
I have been practicing archaeology in Canada, the United States, the Middle East, and Central America for more than fifteen years. I am a Registered Professional Archaeologist and a Professional Member of the BC Association of Professional Archaeologists. As a Heritage Conservation Act permit holder, I have diverse experience completing archaeological assessments for transportation and resource industries, small housing projects, large project management, forestry impact assessments, archaeological overviews, inventories, evaluation and management of heritage resources, mitigation of archaeological deposits, archaeological mapping, and report preparation.
