Biography

You can contact Jenn Longnion at jennifer.longnion@lmu.edu.

Jenn Longnion spent most of her 25-year career as an organization development leader in multiple organizations from academia to late corporations, including Best Buy, Motorola, and The Coca-Cola Company and most recently as COO of a fast-growing tech company – Dollar Shave Club, Inc., in Los Angeles.

Over the years, she has built a reputation for common sense solutions fueled by: expertise leading teams through strategic planning; capability building; a strong foundation in culture and change; hands-on leadership of massive transformation efforts; experience on both sides of M&A efforts; and 1000’s of hours of coaching C-suite executives and leadership teams toward personal and team breakthroughs

Jenn is an advisor and instructor for the LMU Fred Kiesner Center for Entrepreneurship, an advisor for ScaleHealth, an organization dedicated to coaching emerging healthcare companies, an advisor at SIZE Management Consulting, and a generative futurist for the Generative Futures Initiative. She is also a board member for the Make-a-Wish Foundation’s LA Chapter, and she founded a professional network for HR leaders in Silicon Beach, Silicon Beach Progressive People Practices (SBP3), to improve benchmarking across privately-funded startups in SoCal.
