In addition to his specialization in the sourcing and procurement area, Jerry has extensive experience in providing enterprise cost reduction and merger integration services. He is a frequent speaker and author on a number of topics including procurement transformation, procurement organization design, spend management and global direct materials sourcing strategy.
Jerry has more than 15 years of consulting experience and his industry experience spans retail, consumer packaged goods, industrial products, diversified manufacturing, real estate, medical devices, entertainment and high tech and public sector.
Jerry earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Allegheny College and a master of business administration degree from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
