Jerry Richmond is the founding principle of Admiral Management Group LLC that has developed Interim Management Agreements with operational driver that align with states such as, South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia’s through their Department of Health and Human Services.
These applications of the interim management agreement are designed for the health care and or the Senior Living Industry. Having been tested and refined through the South Carolina bankruptcy court for trustee execution and modified for Georgia application can be used as a foundational tool to build and establish profitable practices for healthcare communities along with ancillary service companies.
Jerry’s consultant history is locally respected by his peers and colleagues and has worked alongside Clemson University Small Business Development, Certus Bank, ICAR BMW, InnoVenture and the SBA. He has taught methods and programs through mentoring and guidance processes to clients and businesses in the greater upstate of South Carolina, North Carolina, New York, Florida and Texas. He teaches proactive business measure and methodology interpretation through crises management technique for local business owners and along with Clemson University Small Business and Development programs to achieve optimal margins along with company services.
