Jim Ketterson, senior director of Senior Living at Church Mutual Insurance Company, S.I., has more than three decades of experience in insurance, underwriting and liability. Jim serves as an advocate, educating the hundreds of senior living centers about top risk management approaches, especially how to help prevent falls. Jim is also knowledgeable in how to manage family and resident expectations and effective arbitration agreements to speed up and lower the administrative costs of resolving disputes.

The growth and evolution of senior living centers is significant. These organizations want to keep their residents as safe as possible, and Jim has the expertise to look at all the facets of senior living centers.

Jim is a certified insurance counselor and risk manager. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Carleton College in Minnesota and an MBA in finance from the Carl H. Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati.
