Biography
Joan Rogliano, owner of Rogliano Real Estate Group in Littleton, CO has been a Realtor for over 25 years. It was not until her marriage ended in divorce that she focused her practice on women in transition of divorce and widowhood.
As a member of the Council of Residential Specialists, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Real Estate Divorce Specialist, and a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, Rogliano is one of the nation’s most highly trained Realtors.
As her concentration created a steady source of business, she sought ways to assist these women in transition in making sound decisions in other areas of their lives. Rogliano realized that the conclusion of what to do with the marital home was not an isolated decision. It took a team of professionals for her clients to make an informed choice, best suited to their personal goals. This led to growth of her professional network to include family law attorneys, loan originators, financial planners and tax advisors.
Recognizing the need for trusted professionals who focus on this vulnerable niche market, Ms. Rogliano created Wildflower Group, a complete system to build a business practice focused on divorce. She is now marketing Wildflower Group nationally with the goal of creating a network of like-minded professionals recognized within their community as trusted resources.
A nationally recognized professional on the topic of divorce and real estate, Joan was recently a finalist for the Denver Business Journal’s Outstanding Women in Business Award for 2012.
