After many years working in capital markets, Dr. Quinn left the corporate world to share her acquired knowledge and experience to others through organizational consulting.
She has continued her exploration of organizational development issues through completion of a PhD at Case Western Reserve University throughout which she examined the impact of emotional intelligence and identity upon leadership under the advisement of emotional intelligence expert, Richard Boyatzis.
Dr. Quinn is currently a visiting instructor at the University of South Florida and frequently consults and speaks on issues related to leadershipl
