Ms. Yancy has been speaking and conducting workshops for twenty (20) years and has addressed several thousand professionals all over the country. Past speaking assignments includes Blacks in Government National Conference, City of Dallas, Radio one, Ohio University, National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice, Oklahoma State Correctional, St. Croix , USVI Business Women Group, and many more.

Her new book, “What Dreams are You Sitting On” has hit the best seller’s list in Dallas, Texas and rated # 1 by Eclipse Magazine. Her New Book, “The Unwritten Rules of the Workplace,” is due for release December 2011.
Joann holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
