Biography

Joe Testani's expertise lies in student advocacy, the elevation of career education within higher education, issues of equity and access, and the future of work. He believes career education can serve as a nexus for an ecosystem that includes students, universities and colleges, technology, communities (local, regional and international), and employers. He has led teams with the philosophy that career education can also serve as a tool for social justice by addressing issues of equity and access in both the workplace and educational institutions. In his 20 year career, he has worked in a variety of higher education settings and has served as an advisor and consultant domestically and internationally for higher education and edtech companies.
