Biography

John Needham has 32 years of experience in the fields of healthcare relationship marketing, patient accrual, compliance and retention. He currently leads the consulting company, Patient Recruitment Strategy, LLC for the development of global patient recruitment and retention programs for Phase II through IV clinical trials.
Prior to forming Patient Recruitment Strategy, John was responsible for patient recruitment and retention at Johnson and Johnson Pharmaceutical Research and Development. He was the Co-Founder and President of Alliance Marketing Services Group, a firm specializing in direct marketing programs in healthcare. He has served in senior management positions at Telerx Marketing, TeleSpectrum Worldwide, PharmaKinetics Laboratories, Acurian, Pepsi USA and Proctor and Gamble.
John retired with the rank of Captain from the US Navy after 30 years of active and reserve service.
