John has been featured as a keynote and supporting speaker across the world and is often asked to bring his individual, compelling perspectives on growing companies, being an entrepreneur, team-building, recruiting/hiring and creating a great place to work in the information-age.
His personable, yet richly compelling way of presenting and his unique message can give any audience an enjoyable, valuable experience.
After starting 5 successful businesses over 26 years, John’s passion to tackle large problems and dramatically improve organizational performance has roots in his deep understanding of technology, an appreciation for solving multi-generational issues, and a core belief that everyone deserves courtesy and respect.
As a mentor for the German Accelerator and founding member of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association, John is in tune with every aspect of the people, challenges and technologies that shape the fluid recruiting landscape. John is also deeply committed to sustainable, charitable and non-profit organizations.
Applauded for his ability to accurately predict trends in the industry and deliver engaging presentations, he has been asked to speak at events in the United States, Australia, Belgium and United Kingdom. John earned a degree from Notre Dame in Mathematics and Computer Science and is a former member of the Unites States National (Olympic) Rowing Team. He has also completed the MIT Artificial Intelligence (AI) program.
