Jon Hyde

Jon Hyde is a project and programme manager specializing in public sector transformation. During a 9 year spell in UK public sector organisations, Jon has managed a diverse range of projects including the redesign of corporate websites, the roll out of new waste and recycling services, and the strategic commissioning of Built Environment services. Jon also has a keen interest in effective portfolio management and has successfully implemented a corporate resource management process enabling improved monitoring and prioritisation of projects and programmes. Jon is an active member of the project and programme management community and regularly organises and facilitates face to face best practice events.
