Biography
Jonathan is a mobile products and technology professional with a background in product management, software development, analytics and organizational strategy.
He is currently VP, Product & Mobile at RECSOLU, a custom recruiting software, solutions and services company whose clients include more than 100 major corporations and employers. Additionally, he is a mentor at the Starter League, a co-organizer of Mobile Monday Chicago and an advisor to Chicago-based startups and Catapult Chicago.
Prior to RECSOLU, Jonathan served as a mobile technology strategist and led the product design team for Lextech Global Services, an enterprise mobile application development group that has built some of the most sophisticated iPhone, iPad and Android apps in use by Fortune 1000 organizations.
Previously, Jonathan established and led the mobile applications unit for the Tribune Company within its interactive division. While at Tribune, he assembled a staff of mobile-focused engineers and managed the roadmap, design and development of numerous mobile applications including the Los Angeles Times for iPhone, Chicago Tribune for iPhone / Android as well as the official Chicago Blackhawks Android application.
Earlier in his career, he served as the Manager of Analytics for an online quantitative marketing consultancy of which he was one of the early team members, and focused on platform development and organizational growth strategy.
Jonathan has a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Michigan and a master's degree in computer & information systems from Northwestern University.

How touch interfaces are changing field service data collection across industries
Gone are the days of handing a clipboard or legacy/expensive handheld device to remote field workers. With flexible platforms and bright screens like those on Apple's iOS and Google's Android devices, users now expect intuitive, well-designed applications to help them accomplish their tasks and become more efficient. This session will provide examples of how touch interfaces on both smartphones and tablets are helping to reinvent business processes across several different industries.
