Jose DelaCerda, Ph.D.

Biography

Jose DelaCerda, PhD, is a member of the Doctoral Faculty in the School of Leadership Studies at Fielding Graduate University. He also serves as a faculty member of ITESO University Business School and the Board of IAJBS (International Association of Jesuit Business Schools). He has extensive management experience in the following industries: Public Management (8 Yrs.), Business Consulting (8 Yrs.) and Higher Education (15 Yrs.). He has provided organizational consulting services for numerous business firms, government and non-profit organizations, mostly in the Latin American region. His main professional focus, at this stage of his career as a scholar-practitioner, is the development of effective organizational models and sustainable business models for the digital era.
