Biography
Josh has his B.S. in Cognitive Science from UC San Diego, with a general focus on aspects of Interface Optimization and Process Improvement, Process Modeling, Psychology, Sociology, and Neurophysiology.
Since 2006, he has served a multitude of clients in their GSA Contract needs, from preparing offers and seeing them through to award, to overseeing GSA schedules that were prepared in house or by another firm. In the private sector, his past specialties include Database Development and Administration (8 Years Experience), Chief of Finance (3 years) and Contract Maintenance. Josh is a member of the National Association of Government Contractors. Josh lives in Carlsbad with his wife of 5 years, and one year old daughter.
