Joy is a business leader with experience in Textile Design and Manufacturing, Area Sales Management, Management Consultancy, Research & Development and Training. She also held the post of Marketing Executive and Trade Relations Manager for the Mars Group, before starting up her own company in 2005. Today Joy is known more for her inspirational talks and workshops in the field of dealing with people, overcoming challenges and dealing with change.
