Judith Scully Callahan
This study reviews the literature on servant leadership and employs metaanalytic techniques to assess the relationship between the different conceptualizations of servant leadership and several organizationally relevant outcomes and specifies important moderating effects. The results indicate that servant leadership is positively associated with outcomes such as job performance, organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and follower trust.
