Biography
Judy Callahan has spent more than 30 years teaching and helping businesses understand and improve organizational development. She has expertise in adult learning and corporate universities, staffing, compensation, succession planning, strategic and business planning and negotiation. Judy has published in the areas of aging and work issue, measurement and staff development and is a senior lecturer in the Warrington College of Business.

Exploring the boundaries of servant leadership: A meta-analysis of the main and moderating effects of servant leadership on behavioral and affective outcomes

This study reviews the literature on servant leadership and employs metaanalytic techniques to assess the relationship between the different conceptualizations of servant leadership and several organizationally relevant outcomes and specifies important moderating effects. The results indicate that servant leadership is positively associated with outcomes such as job performance, organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and follower trust.
