Biography
Julia provides strategic and operational management consultancy to firms that are under pressure to reduce costs and / or improve service. She has worked across a diverse range of industries including retailing, luxury goods, logistics, property development, steel and aviation. Clients have come from the private, public, and non-profit sectors.
Julia is also an experienced coach, trainer, and educator, and has worked with charities such as the Prince's Trust and Working Knowledge to help young people develop practical business skills.
With an INSEAD MBA and degrees from Cambridge, Columbia, and the Open University, Julia brings expertise in research and analysis together with business management know-how to develop solutions that are both evidence-based and practical. She is an Associate member of the IEMA.
Julia is available for speaking engagements in south west England and south east Wales.
