Biography

Managing the QStock Inventory brand allows me to help businesses experiencing growing pains integrate systems that will help them scale as quickly as their customers need them to.

As a Slot Coordinator and Warehouse Supervisor for one of the largest food distributors in the world, Sysco Food Services, I became acutely aware of the benefits of even the smallest changes in efficiency. Being responsible for the sheer volume of orders across over 90 pickers on a pick path half a mile long made each placement of item critical to labor and damage.

Working closely with the executive staff at Eldorado Stone, I helped roll out a Warehouse Management System across the country and became intimately involved in the unique financial concerns of a manufacturer. From when to determine Work In Process, scrap, and even scheduling to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost.

Probably the thing I love most is leaning on my 13 years of experience in Supply Chain and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance to create reports that turn years of data into meaningful information to influence critical business decisions.

Each business is unique and a welcome challenge. If your business feels like it needs a new body with each new account, definitely contact me to find out how you can use systems to become more efficient as you grow.
