Biography

Karen is a senior leader in strategy, operations, technology, and marketing communications, with 20+ years of experience building organizations that can adapt, perform, and sustain trust through change. She operates at the intersection of business design, digital innovation, and equity—translating complexity into practical operating systems: service delivery redesign, workflow improvement, OKRs, and cross-functional execution.

Her MA research on women’s career disruption and resilience informs her approach to building equitable, emotionally intelligent organizations capable of navigating disruption and digital transformation. She has led multi-million-dollar national initiatives across public and nonprofit sectors, supported agencies and advocacy organizations with operating model and performance redesign, and brings a strong systems lens to AI adoption, organizational change, and gender equity—backed by the market-facing clarity of a seasoned marketing and communications practitioner.
