Biography
Dr. Karin Bunnell is an alumna of Fielding Graduate University’s School of Human and Organizational Development (HOD). She has more than 20 years of external organizational development consulting and training experience supporting client organizations with non-profit management, cross-functional team building, conflict resolution, customer satisfaction, process re-engineering, and leadership development. She has ten years of prior experience in sales and technical managerial positions for small start-up and large high tech organizations.
She currently serves on a number of non-profit boards and is the Principal of Hatteras Consulting, LLC. Dr. Bunnell completed her PhD at the Fielding Graduate University in 1998. She has a BS in Business Administration/Marketing from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and a MA in Organization Systems from Fielding Graduate University. Dr. Bunnell is also a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator practitioner.
