Biography
In 2002 I launched ZASTROW & Co. and created Direct Leadership™, and in 2009 and 2010 I published the books HVERDAGSLEDELSE og DIRECT LEADERSHIP, which both describe the Direct Leadership model and its applications
My career covers over 20 years of experience with all aspects of education and HR development: training manager, management consultant , free-lance trainer, business college manager.
I am a Master Trainer of Radical Collaboration®, The Human Element® and Direct Leadership®
Today I am primarily engaged in educating trainers in the training concepts in my portfolio, all of which strive to create clarity and consistency in leadership and/or personal growth.
I am an associated member of the faculty of IFL (Institute for Leadership) at the Stockholm School of Economics, who have now also included Direct Leadership in their open enrollment programs (planned start autumn 2012).
Recently I have likewise become associated as leadership training faculty with NIMI (Nordic International Management Institute) in Chengdu, China.
During the past years I have been guest-lecturing about Direct Leadership at EGP (the MBA-School of the University of Porto) and at EGADE at Tecnologico de Monterrey in Mexico and at IFL, Stockholm School of Economics.
My educational background includes language studies followed by an MBA from INSEAD in 1983.
Besides my native language Danish, I am fluent in English, German, French and Swedish.
