Leadership: Sustainability at Warp Speed

As businesses wrestle with the rising costs of resources, and leaders feel concerns about the environmental and economic changes we are undergoing, new strategies are needed to ensure the long-term health of the organization. A sustainable approach to business requires dealing with these changes and commonly includes energy and waste reduction. The real gains, however, involve the entire organization rethinking the business so that not only are costs reduced, but the company is able to use the wisdom of nature in new ways. As a business explores moving into sustainable business practices, the special leadership needs of the organization mean that learning new leadership skills becomes critical.

Learning Parties

These are 2 hour to 3 day events in which participants explore and learn together predetermined areas of focus. They can be playful or serious fun, designed to improve communication and relationships or move a company forward strategically. They can be themed around: nature, books, history, science, outer space etc. They can be indoors or out, 12 people or hundreds. We can include graphic recording. This is a wonderful way to build an open and inquiring culture.
