Kellie Watson

Kellie Watson, Ph.D. serves as Head of Licensing, Corporate Development at Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings, an S&P 500 company and a global provider of clinical laboratory and drug development services. Previously, she served as Vice President of Business Development at Epitome Biosystems, Inc. , and Director of Business Development for Pyrosequencing AB, a biotechnology company that developed, manufactured and sold genetic analysis instrumentation and consumable products for the Life Sciences market. Dr. Watson is a Co-founder of Beacon BioPartners, LLC. and served as a Vice President at Feinstein Kean Healthcare (an Ogilvy Public Relations subsidiary), a communications and business consultancy that specialized in scientific communications, and assisting biotechnology companies with corporate strategy to support financing and partnering activities. Dr. Watson was a post doctoral fellow at Harvard University. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of California, Irvine, a M.S. degree from Kansas State University and a B.Sc. Honours degree from Queens University.
