Testimonials
Managing Partner
T2 Technology Group, LLC
T2 Technology Group collaborated with Kelly and HTS in the commissioning and transition into the 450,000 square foot Children's Hospital Los Angeles new patient tower construction project. Kelly's strong leadership, along with the strong HTS team and methodology, resulted in the successful July 2011 opening and transition into the new facility. Their collective experience in the healthcare, new building commissioning, and transition planning process was a critical success factor in T2's ability to successfully implement the information technology component of this state of the art facility
Partner and Consultant
Tim Jacoby Construction
Kelly, as well as the entire HTS team, performed superbly during their 18 months consulting with Rady Children's Hospital - San Diego during their transition into their new pavilion. Extremely knowledgeable, personable and always available; they made the transition into the new building easy. I highly recommend them and if the need arises in the future, I would hire them again.
Chief Administrative Officer
UC San Diego Health System
I've had the pleasure of working with Kelly and the team on two projects, Sulpizio Cardiovascular Center and Jacobs Medical Center. They are knowledgeable, organized, forward-thinking and fun. Never underestimate the importance of enjoying your transition consultants, because you spend so much time with them! HTS has a great way of breaking down the transition process into four month chunks, so clients don't become overwhelmed. I highly recommend them.
