Niche Markets For Tourism
Identifying appropriate niche markets and reaching the target audience requires something other than simply repackaging the conventional shotgun approach to tourism marketing. Using motorcycle-touring as an example, a range of special-interest tourism is presented with a focus on how to promote cities and regions as popular destinations. Overlapping markets are presented and practical strategies that can be tailored to meet specific objectives are explored.
