Biography
I started my part time business for the sole purpose of helping others to become better than who they already are so they can show others the same. I do not claim to know everything, in fact I give 100% of myself in life long learning. What I do claim is that knowledge will always be there for me to claim and that is why I believe that the journey will always be the reward.
I began actual class room training 3 years ago with hourly employees at my current job. It was leadership development and team building training. I loved it so much that I started looking beyond the current walls of my employer and seeking out businesses on a part time basis. Doing so, I began involvement with teens and young adults with leadership and team building training for local high schools and colleges as well as for some religious institutions. This is another reason I wanted to start my own business. I started Kenny A. Enterprises in July 2010.
My Business was established and designed to support business-minded individuals with communication skills that are necessary to produce great leadership. My business offers a leadership/management and teambuiding curriculum for both personnel and management, as well as programs for high school students and young adults.

The Journey is the Reward and not the Ends to a Mean in Leadership Education.
Leadership development and education is a life-long process that will never end in perfection. A leader who wants to become a great leader must go through life continually educating themselves to become better than who they already are and consider their journey in the process as the reward and not process to achieve a particular goal.
