As a sales & marketing professional for more than 25 years, I have worked with great companies such as AT&T, MCI, Pacific Bell, BellSouth, Nortel Networks and Avaya Government Solutions. I currently work as the National Sales Manager for ShoreTel's Federal Program. ShoreTel Inc is an IP & Unified Communications company headquartered in Sunnyvale, California. With a strong background in communications, management and government relations, I have successfully developed executive level relationships within Federal, State, local agencies and municipalities.

I currently serve as a member of the Board of Directors for the National Capital Chapter of the Independent Telecommunications Pioneer Association in Washington DC, an organization who brings together Government Executives and Industry leaders to share best practices and work together to improve communications globally.

Since 2007 I have volunteered service to the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development where I currently serve as Chairman for the National Resource Council, working with the National Center Leadership to drive awareness within industry and assist with the mission of the organization.

Since 2010, I have served as a member of the Board of Directors for Native Red Pages, a non profit organization dedicated to the creation of social programs and comprehensive resource listings available to Indian Country.

Being driven as an entrepreneur, I co-founded Lifeguard Consulting Group LLC, a woman owned / HUBZone company which specializes in fostering individual achievement, mentoring organizational development for growing businesses, and individual career coaching designed to maximize personal and professional development.
