Biography
Kent Palmer is a Real-time Software Engineer, and Systems Engineer. He has a Ph.D. in Sociology and Philosophy of Science from the London School of Economics with a dissertation titled The Structure of Theoretical Systems in Relation to Emergence. He has worked in Aerospace Industry for 30 years recently transitioning to Agile at Scale consulting in commercial firms. He also has a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering with a dissertation titled Emergent Design.
