Kevin D. Asbjörnson, MIM, brings positive psychology, personal potential, and leadership together to help clients realize their highest aspirations and determine their career and life paths. He is a professional educator, global executive leadership consultant/coach, international performing artist and performance-based learning facilitator, keynote speaker, and author in the areas of global leadership, building effective teams, and leading innovation in the global workplace. He is Founder & Chief Inspiration Officer of Inspire! Imagine! Innovate! (i3) – an international alliance of professional educators, executive coaches, performing artists and master facilitators who inspire personal transformation and evoke engaging leadership.
Through his approach focused on uncovering clients' unique motivations and capabilities, Kevin has reframed the traditional concept of leadership to deliver uncommon results.

Credentials
Kevin earned a Master of International Management (MIM) from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, Bachelor of Arts-Cum Laude in International Studies & Business from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and Diploma-Valedictorian of European Economics, Legal and Political Studies from the University of Vienna, Austria. He is also a Global Leadership Consultant, Adjunct Faculty and Executive Coach with the Singapore Campus of the IMD School of Business (Ranked #1 in Executive Development).
Kevin has served as Senior Faculty & Performing Artist in Residence at the Center for Creative Leadership, Boeing Leadership Center, IBM Learning Center, The Banff Centre, Irish Management Institute, American Express Leadership Center and Linkage-Global Institute for Leadership Development.
Kevin has published numerous articles on inspired leadership and communications and has produced seven CDs of original music and an International Telly Award-winning DVD entitled The Artistry of Leadership-Creating Meaningful Connections®. Artistry of Leadership-Creating Meaningful Connections® is an experience-based learning session, which introduces the characteristics or attributes (Eight Keys) of Inspired, Engaged or Transformational Leadership. The Artistry of Leadership-Creating Meaningful Connections® integrates the expertise of the practicing artist with the science of leadership. The result is an interactive, dynamic professional development experience and keynote event that awakens business leaders to their powers of focus, interpretation, visioning, listening, and innovation. Artistry of Leadership® embraces the principles of the Inspired Learning and Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Models™, of which Asbjörnson is both a master facilitator and certified practitioner. These models center on the dynamic interaction between the facilitator, learner and the learning environment — an interaction that inspires self-discovery, insight and wisdom. During the Artistry of Leadership® program, participants sit in a circle of chairs around a Yamaha® Grand Piano. Using his original music as a platform, Asbjörnson engages the participants in a leadership “practice session” that involves thinking, journaling and dialogue about their business challenges and approach to leadership. He demonstrates and reveals in each participant the artistic competencies of reflection, insight and intentional listening.

The Hogan Coaching Network (HCN) is a group of highly professional, well credentialed, broadly experienced consultants who are carefully screened to ensure that they are experts not only in the Hogan inventories, but in coaching and consulting as well, especially at senior management and executive levels. All coaches employ the Hogan results-oriented approach of connecting what participants learns about themselves from the assessment results (strategic self-awareness) to their key business goals. We view the assessment results as the “what,” and the feedback session with the coach as the “so what” (i.e., so what does this mean to me?). We then help the participants with the “now what” (i.e., now what do I do to be more effective?).
