Great Performances Start Within

Kevin Cottam, Director and choreographer of large scale productions and to National, World, Olympic figure skating champions and competitors, believes it has become more and more obvious that reaching excellence and success in sports is paralleled with the success of Corporate and Public Sector ?Athletes?. What are the ingredients of this challenge for success? To perform well, you first need to connect to your inner environment and spirit. Some of the main ingredients that lead to success are passion, vision, drive and the actions you take to get to your destination, goal or outcomes. As we all walk onto the stage of life we are all performers and how do we rise to the excellence in our performances. This takes a lot of responsibility, communication, relationships, leadership and more. In this talk we start from within ? the mindset of you as individuals and how you want to more forward to connect your energy with the rest of your worlds ? whether that be teams, the whole company and then to your clients or your audience. This is the energy your want to harness to be successful in your goals and outcomes. Visualize and focus on your vision!
