Biography
As senior research fellow at Leuven University I teach Quality in Healthcare within the faculty of medicine. I am currently the Secretary General of the European Pathway Association (www.E-P-A.org), an international not for profit association. In April 2010 I launched a chapter of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) open school at Leuven University of which I am the faculty leader. I have a PhD in Public Health and am an IHI Improvement Advisor.
