Biography
Krista is serving as Director of Faculty and Academic Support at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She previously served as legal support manager, office of the general counsel, at Rosetta Stone Inc., the leading language-learning software company. At Rosetta Stone, Krista provided research and litigation support, handled strategic coordination of projects, assisted with corporate governance issues and preparation for board meetings, drafted and edited a wide range of documents, and supported the General Counsel and four attorneys in the performance of their duties. Krista previously worked as a copyeditor and staff writer, as law clerk at the Weidenfeld Law Firm, as journalism intern at the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press, and as volunteer at the Marion Brechner Citizen Access Project.
Krista received a B.S. in journalism from the University of Florida and a J.D. from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. She has served on the board of directors of the D.C. Gator Club, as public relations chair of the Junior League of Northern Virginia, as coach for Girls on the Run of Northern Virginia, and as a varsity tennis coach.
