Kyle Couch is the President and C.E.O. of Spectrum Organizational Development, a Toronto-based professional services firm. Kyle has been working with clients across North America, and around the world for over a decade. He has helped several highly regarding organizations in a wide array of industries. Kyle leads the Spectrum Organizational Development team as they deliver customized training programs, organizational and leadership surveys, as well as develop progressive workforce and talent strategy plans.

He is a keen trendspotter, and spends a considerable amount of his free time learning everything he can about emerging thinking in the world of business.
