Biography
Larry has trained individuals from over 100 police agencies in the country in creating and sustaining an ethical environment at their agencies.
He has also conducted contracted Ethics training for members of the Chicago (2), Los Angeles, Dayton OH, Naperville IL, and Owensboro, KY Police departments.
He is a visiting faculty member of the Ohio Association of Chiefs Police Executive Leadership College, where he teaches Ethics to Ohio Police Officers.

Larry Smith is a former U.S. Marine Sergeant and a retired supervisor and employee defense representative for the Los Angeles Police Department.
In twenty years with the L.A.P .D., he worked patrol in several divisions of Los Angeles, he also worked in the specialized areas of detectives, vice, and narcotics.
Larry was a field and detective supervisor for eight years
and was last assigned as a Divisional Watch Commander.
