Dr. Laura Hauser is a certified executive coach, strategic change consultant, graduate-level educator, author, and conference speaker. She works with corporate leaders and coach professionals who want to unite people toward a compelling vision; align and build cohesive teams; and strengthen leadership skills required for the delivery of sound business results. She is known as a leading expert in the emerging research and practice of team coaching. Prestigious organizations such as The Conference Board and the International Coach Federation (ICF) feature Dr. Hauser for her expertise in team coaching. Dr. Hauser serves as adjunct faculty for Fielding Graduate University’s Evidence-Based Coaching Program. She also designed and teaches an advanced course in Team Coaching at Fielding Graduate University and Royal Roads University. She holds a PhD from Fielding Graduate University. Dr. Hauser earned a master's degree in organization development through Pepperdine University, where she also serves as adjunct faculty for the Graziadio School of Business and Management.
