LAURA WITTCOFF teaches macro practice and evaluation in work-related environments. As principal with The InTrinsic Group, a boutique consulting firm, she designs and leads organization development projects in the areas of strategic thinking/planning, leadership/management development, eLearning curriculum development, change management, team building, and facilitation for nonprofit, government and for-profit entities.
Previously, Wittcoff served as associate director of Realize Resources, a capacity-building program of the Justice Resource Institute. She was also an adjunct lecturer of organizational behavior at Suffolk University’s Sawyer Business School, where she used her professional experience to enhance her students’ theoretical learning. Prior to consulting, she was director of training and development at Surgency, Inc., a management consulting firm where she acted as an internal consultant in the human resources division. She has also worked as a psychotherapist, providing clinical counseling for individuals, couples, families and groups.
Wittcoff completed her post-graduate fellowship in organization development at the Boston Institute for Psychotherapy. From 1983 to 1985, she had a Fulbright-Hays Teaching Assistantship in Vienna, Austria, where she taught career planning and development at Webster University. She is also certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type indicator.
