Biography

Lee is a speaker, researcher, Powerpoint surgeon and author. He isn’t a 'celebrity' speaker, he’s never bungee jumped from the summit of Everest, he doesn’t have a world record – in fact he doesn’t even like camping very much! But he is a great speaker with life-changing content that, when people put into practice can make a big difference to their lives and their workplace.

Born in the North East of England, and now residing in Leeds, UK. ‘Lee from Leeds’ has over twenty years of experience speaking and working in very challenging situations including prisons, schools, a cruise ship (once!), SME's, charities and corporates. He continues to divide his time between the worlds of education and business and loves the tension and freshness of the two differing areas for his work. His client list includes; Specsavers, ADT, NHS, Addleshaw Goddard, AXA, Leeds University and many more including Housing Associations, Colleges and Education Authorities.

He is also the President of the Professional Speaking Association in the North East and Yorkshire. In his most recent book imaginatively titled 'How to be sick at school' he has written a much needed guide for student success in schools and colleges.

He is currently writing 'Powerpoint Surgery: a cut-to-the-chase guide to creating slides that enhance not kill your presentations!'.
