LINDSAY KRYGIER is an adjunct lecturer, teaching courses on domestic violence, human behavior and the social environment.
Previously, she served as supervisor and mental health clinician for a domestic violence program, supervising staff at resource centers in Hollywood and South Los Angeles. Her expertise encompasses the delivery of therapeutic services for individuals navigating co-occurring disorders, including intimate partner violence, trauma, substance abuse and mental health issues.
Krygier was instrumental in the development of a Master of Social Work internship program and acted as the field instructor to MSW candidates. As a licensed clinical social worker, she is an active member of the National Association of Social Workers. In addition, she provides training on domestic violence and cultural competency to staff and volunteers at various social service agencies throughout the Los Angeles area.
