Jessica Shuber, Nutrition Educator | Community Action Southwest
“I feel very comfortable endorsing Lindsey Smith. I have personally attended three of her workshops. Lindsey did an outstanding job of connecting with the audience, and delivered a compelling, entertaining and thought-provoking presentation. She was able to combine her expertise with humor and deliver a spot-on presentation.”
Janene M. Hogan, PWG Coordinator | Dress for Success
“Lindsey, thank you for being our featured speaker at the Dress for Success Pittsburgh PWG Christmas party! Your presentation was phenomenal and the women loved your transparency. You provided the steps, that should be taken, to start putting action behind our dreams, let us know that fear is a part of the process, and that if we work through the fear, our dreams will be waiting for us on the other side! What a great way to end and begin a year; putting on the boxing gloves and facing the fear that holds us back!”
Nicole MIkluscak, Melaleuca | Junk Foods & Junk Moods
"Lindsey’s passion is so apparent and motivating"
A Workshop Participant, White Plains, NY | Westchester Association of the Education of Young Children

Danielle Daugherty, School Lunch Director | Pennsylvania Nutrition Education Network
“Your workshop gave me the motivation to quit smoking! It’s been three weeks since my last cigarette!”
