Lisa Fellin, MSN, RN

Lisa Fellin, MSN, RN, is an injury prevention coordinator with ChristianaCare’s Trauma Department in Newark, Delaware. She helps lead community-focused efforts designed to prevent injuries before they occur, with emphasis on fall prevention, teen driving safety, distracted driving and pedestrian safety.

Fellin supports educational programming for older adults, students, families and community organizations. ChristianaCare’s injury prevention initiatives include ThinkFirst to Prevent Falls and ThinkFirst for Teens, which provide practical guidance on reducing fall risks and preventing motor vehicle crashes.

She also works with community partners, including the Delaware Office of Highway Safety, to promote safe driving and pedestrian safety. In 2025, she represented ChristianaCare at a trauma prevention fair that brought together health organizations, first responders and public safety agencies to share injury prevention resources.

Since participating in the inaugural Trauma Prevention Fair at ChristianaCare's Newark Campus in 2025, she has continued to represent ChristianaCare at the annual event, joining community partners to promote injury prevention and safety education.

Fellin participates in professional education and community outreach related to trauma prevention. Her work connects trauma-care expertise with public education and collaborative safety initiatives across Delaware.
