Biography
With a bachelor of arts from the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton, California, Liz Clay worked for a number of years as a sales broker and manager with finance organizations such as Canada Trust and the National Bank of Canada. Among her other entrepreneurial and business management undertakings, she currently owns and operates Emerge Reality Corp, a British Columbia-based real estate agency that she originally founded in 2009. Liz Clay’s responsibilities with Emerge Reality include overseeing daily operations at the companies dual offices in the cities of Vancouver and Mission.
Designed to be a “one stop shop” for a range of innovative real estate solutions, Emerge is able to list properties, facilitate all necessary home staging, and secure appropriate mortgage financing, all from one convenient location. Offering a range of customized tiered commission plans, Ms. Clay and the Emerge staff are firmly dedicated to finding a pricing structure that meets the individual needs of each client.
